Licenses are required for every user you intend to share with the digital products.
For example, suppose you download the digital report to distribute and use the findings throughout an organization with 25 or fewer employees. In that case, you will need to purchase the ‘Classroom’ version of the report. If there are 25 or more employees, you should buy the ‘Organizational ’ option. Or if there are only three users, buying three single licenses would be more economical.
When do I need to upgrade my license?
When you expect to exceed what is covered by your current license, please contact hello@politicsproject.com, and we'll upgrade your license with the new coverage. The cost will depend on the new usage, but regardless of what that new coverage costs, we will fully discount what was paid for the license prior to the upgrade.
How can we share with outside contractors or consultants?
Consultants, contractors, freelancers, agencies, and others outside the organization or campaign are independent entities and, therefore, require a license.
Shipping Policy
Packages ship within 7 business days from the date we receive the order. They will arrive 7-10 days later. Items are shipped using the US Postal Service. Once the item is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with the order.
International Orders
International orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks unless expedited shipping is selected. We are not responsible for local duty fees and taxes due at the time of package receipt.
Delays
If there is a delay in processing your order due to product restocking issues or a scheduled staff vacation, you will be promptly notified.
Update Shipping Address
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@politicsproject.com with your order number ASAP. An updated address may be possible if the package label isn’t processed yet.
What methods of payment can I use?
You may pay using any major credit card. Payment is processed through CargoCommerce’s partnership with Stripe—therefore we do not keep any payment information in our database.
We also accept wire transfers, please contact us for more details about this option.
Can I change my transaction information once I have made a purchase?
No, since the transaction information is associated and processed with the payment method, we are not able to change this info afterwards. Make sure you enter the correct information before checking out.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day refund policy on damaged items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund if it arrives damaged. The original receipt must accompany refunds and will be made in the form of the original payment.

If you would like to return an item purchased on politicsproject.com within the United States, please request a return authorization within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped to us within 7 days of the request approval. All returns are subject to an $8.00 return fee. This fee is waived for exchanges for web store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to shipping carrier negligence. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds
Once you provide photographic proof of damaged items (so that we may begin a claim with the shipping carrier) and your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Digital products are always final sale only, you will have access to the file download after a transaction is processed .
